Gali works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and more complex experiences such as trauma, domestic violence, and the emotional impact of immigration and starting over. She offers a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you can speak openly and feel genuinely understood and validated.

Her work is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care, integrating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), compassion-focused therapy, solution-focused therapy, and client-centred, strength-based approaches. Together, you will explore patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and develop practical tools to support greater clarity, stability, and connection in your life.
