Holly Desjardins

Holly is passionate about creating a welcoming space where you can share what matters most to you, feel truly heard, and know that you do not have to navigate difficult seasons of life alone.

Holly supports individuals and families experiencing grief and bereavement, illness and palliative care, caregiving, spiritual distress, faith questions, major life transitions, and difficult or painful life experiences. She also offers space to explore meaning and purpose, hope, uncertainty, loss, and the questions that can emerge when life changes in ways we did not expect.

With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and related roles, Holly has spent much of her career alongside people and families during vulnerable and uncertain moments. Her background includes grief support, crisis intervention, patient and family advocacy, palliative care, and mental health and addiction-informed support.

For Holly, spiritual care is deeply personal and begins with what matters to you. For some people, that may include faith, prayer, or questions about God. For others, it may be about finding meaning, reconnecting with hope, making sense of loss or change, or simply having someone compassionate to walk alongside them. You do not need to belong to a particular faith or hold specific spiritual beliefs to receive support.

Holly is currently completing Level I Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) through CASC/ACSS and brings additional training in mental health, addiction care, theology, and spiritual support.

At the heart of Holly’s work is a simple belief: people deserve a place where they can bring the parts of life that feel heavy, uncertain, painful, or deeply meaningful and be met with compassion, dignity, and care.
